Automatic bids (or secret buy orders) can be changed or cancelled before or during the sale. However, when a lot is about to be sold (after the previous three lots have been sold), it is no longer possible to amend or delete an automatic auction.
All you have to do is click on “My account”, then the Auctions & buy orders” to view, modify or cancel an automatic buy order. You can also do this directly from the lot page. -
Fixed buy orders (for traditional sales, i.e. indoor sales only) can only be changed or cancelled by contacting the auction houses. Please contact the auction houses to confirm that any requests to amend or cancel orders have been registered.
