  • Click the "Login" button at the top right of our home page to create an Interencheres account.

    At the bottom of this page, click on "Sign Up."

     

    You will be able to create your account in two different ways :

            - by an identification linked either to your Facebook, Google or Apple account (SSO)

            - directly with your Email

  • If no connection has been recorded on your Interencheres account for 3 years or following an account deletion request, your account has been archived. An Interencheres account is considered inactive after 3 years without activity and without action on your part to the notification received by mail.

    The GDPR and art. 16.6 of our GCU provides for the archiving of an account after a period of inactivity.

    To reactivate your account, you need to log in and click "Send reactivation email" to receive an email with a link to reactivate your account. 

    In this email, please click on the "Reactivate my account" button :

     

    This link is valid for 24 hours.

  • You can photograph your identity document directly or upload a photograph or scan of your valid identity document.

     

    Your identity document must include personal information that is legible and without reflection. The uploaded file must be a photograph or scan of the document in JPG, PDF or PNG format, with a size of less than 12 MB. No screenshots or photocopies will be accepted.

     

    A national Identity Card also requires the back. In this case, please use one file per side of the document.

     

    A driving license is not accepted.

     

    To do this, follow the usual verification process and click "Other options".

    Then click "Continue on this device" and then on "I'm ready".

    You must click "Other options" and "Select file".

    You now have the option to select the file on your device.​

     

     

    ​​​​

    ​​​Regarding your identity document, personal information must be legible and without reflection. It must be a photograph or scan of the document in JPG or PNG format of less than 12 MB. No screenshots or photocopies will be accepted.

    The back is also required for a National Identity Card.

    A driving license is not accepted.

    To complete the verification process, you will be asked to take a photo of yourself.

Create an account
