In this case, we invite you to contact your bank by providing them with the code displayed on the screen.
Here are some examples of error codes and their possible meanings:
- 03022 CANCELLED Authentication verification failed - 3DS authentication problem (By SMS code or Banking Application) You can try again after a few hours.
- 01116 REFUSED Amount limit - Often related to a daily, weekly, or monthly payment limit when registering a deposit. Not to be confused with your authorised overdraft.
In all cases, the first thing to do is to contact your bank for more information about the indicated error.
