How do I change my e-mail address?

To change the email address associated with your Interencheres account, go to your Profile.

  • Click CHANGE next to your username.

If the button is greyed out, a message will appear when you hover over it.

In this case, you can change your email address 30 days after your last won item or as soon as the current auction for which you are registered ends.

If the button is active, the following window will appear.

  • Click the CONFIRM MY EMAIL button to receive a confirmation email at your current address.

Please check your spam and junk folders if you do not receive this email. If you no longer have access to your current email address, write to us at contact@interencheres.com from your new address, attaching a copy of your ID.

  • In the confirmation email received at your old address, click Change Email.

This will take you to a page where you can enter your new email address.

Confirm the change by clicking CHANGE MY EMAIL. The following message will appear, informing you that an email has been sent to your new address.

  • Now, click CONFIRM to confirm your change permanently.
