My ID is not accepted. What can I do?

To verify your identity, there are several points to consider:

🪪 Your document must be a valid National Identity Card or Passport.

🛑 Driving licences are not accepted.

📷 Screen captures or photographs can cause a problem. You must photograph or scan the original document. (Your document must be legible, clean and free from reflections when scanned or photographed).
