🖨️ You can photograph your identity document directly or upload a photograph or scan of your valid identity document.
Your identity document must include legible personal information and without reflection :
📷 The uploaded file must be a photograph or scan of the document in JPG, PDF or PNG format, with a size of less than 12 MB. Screenshots or photocopies can cause problems; do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
🪪 A national Identity Card also requires the back. In this case, please use one file per side of the document.
🛑 A driving license is not accepted.
Please follow the usual verification process when registering for a sale and click "Continue on this device".
Then click "I'm ready".
You must click "Other options" and "Select file".
📂 You now have the option to select the file on your device.
🤳 To complete the verification process, you will be asked to take a photo of yourself.
