How do I choose a Cocolis delivery (you have won a bid)?

Have you won the coveted prize? Congratulations!

The Auction House will confirm the winning bid by email within a few hours of the end of the sale. This will allow you to make payment and organise delivery.

To arrange delivery with Cocolis, simply go to the "My Account" page and then "Items won". You will find the list of the lot(s) won, and the delivery options offered by the Auction House.

If you are interested in Cocolis delivery, click on "Cocolis Delivery".

Step 1: Fill in the basic information

  • Fill in your postcode and the format of your batch (make sure you follow the format advice).
  • Fill in your email address
  • Click on "receive a quote".

Cocolis will send you an email to the address you entered, which will enable you to complete the delivery request.

Step 2: Create the delivery advert

From the email sent by Cocolis, you can finalise your delivery advert. To do this, you'll need to fill in a few additional details:

  • A title for the advert: we advise you to describe the type of item you wish to transport.
You will be able to select several delivery slots: the co-transporter will choose the slot that suits you best.
  • Payment : Proceed to payment of the quote

Your delivery ad will then be published on Cocolis! Interested individuals will then be able to see your advert and offer to make the delivery.

Step 3: Finalise the delivery

Make sure you receive the paid invoice from the Auction House, by sending them an email if necessary.

The carrier will contact you to receive the paid invoice. They will then contact the auction house to arrange for the parcel to be picked up.

Remember: Cocolis is a platform that puts you in touch with private individuals. Don't forget to tell the courier you have chosen that they will need to make an appointment with the auction house to collect your lots, and that they will need to show them the paid delivery note and a copy of your ID (or mandate).

We also advise you to send an email to the auction house informing them that a Cocolis delivery person will collect your lot on your behalf, presenting a copy of the slip.

I don't see the Cocolis option, what should I do? We advise you to contact the Auction House to find out about the other transport options available for this lot.

I haven't entered the right format. What should I do? In this case, the quotation is not valid and transport cannot be carried out. We advise you to contact Cocolis customer service to correct your advert.

Does Cocolis deliver upstairs? No, delivery is made at the foot of the lorry.
