Cocolis delivery is only available on a selection of lots:
- lots from the "Art, Decoration & Collectibles" universe
- lots in the "Small Tools" and "Computers and Telephony" categories of the "Capital Goods" universe.
...And only if the auction house organising the sale has accepted this mode of transport.
Certain lots are prohibited by Cocolis: for example, weapons, live animals and flammable products. It is your responsibility to check that your lot complies with Cocolis regulations. To find out more about goods prohibited by Cocolis: https://www.cocolis.fr/liste-des-biens-interdits
High-value goods and works of art of major cultural heritage interest are also widely discouraged, as they are not covered by insurance. To find out more about goods prohibited by Cocolis: https://www.cocolis.fr/liste-des-biens-interdits
How do I know if my lot can be delivered by Cocolis? The lot page will include the words "Cocolis delivery". This information can also be found on the sales page.
What should I do if Cocolis is not available for a lot? We advise you to contact the Auction House to find out about the other transport options available for this lot.
Who is responsible for transporting prohibited lots? Interencheres simply puts you in touch with the Cocolis transport company: the buyer is therefore solely responsible for organising delivery. We therefore advise you to be aware of the types of lot that are not recommended.
