I have paid for my winning bid but its status still shows as “To be paid” in my account. Why?

If you paid for your purchase directly to the auction House and not through our website, the status of your bid will remain as "To be paid for" in your bids tab. The auction House that offered the lot you paid for will be able to send you a paid bid receipt (a paid invoice).
