I have paid for my winning bid but its status still shows as “To be paid” in my account. Why?

If you have paid for your purchase directly through the auction house (and not on our site via the Stripe secure payment solution), the status of your winning bid will remain as “To be paid” in your space. The auction house that offered the lot you paid for at auction will be able to send you a receipted auction sale order (a receipted invoice).
