How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Once the sale is over, the auction houses contact the people who have won lots shortly after the auction to send them their invoices by email (known as the “Auction sales order”).

 

These invoices detail the numbers of the lots won, their descriptions as well as the hammer prices and additional sales costs.

 

You can therefore contact the auction house that offered the item you purchased at auction if you want the invoice for your purchase.
