From the moment the winning bid is awarded to you, you legally become the owner of the lot.
In accordance with Article 221-28 11° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by a consumer bidder during a public auction, which effectively excludes Live and Catalogue sales.
When participating in a Chrono sale, you are invited to consult and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of the auction house, which specify the nature of the sale and the provision or exclusion of a right of withdrawal.
If in doubt about the possibility of withdrawal for a Chrono sale, simply contact the auction house.
