From the moment you are declared as the winner of the lot, you become its legal owner.
In accordance with Article 221-28, 11° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by a consumer purchaser during a public auction, which effectively excludes Live and Catalogue sales.
When participating in a Chrono auction, you are invited to consult and validate the general terms and conditions of sale of the Auction House organising the auction. These terms and conditions outline the nature of the auction and the applicable rules regarding the right of withdrawal.
If you have any doubts about the possibility of a withdrawal, please contact the Auction House. If withdrawal is possible, they will then need to request that we cancel your bid.
