I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my winning bid, make an exchange or get a refund?

From the moment you are declared as the winner of the lot, you become its legal owner. There is no right of withdrawal for auctions, even those streamed online (see article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

However, for online sales, the right of withdrawal applies in the case of goods sold by a professional seller to a private individual. In this case, you have 14 days from the date the lot was delivered to return it, in the condition you received it in. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact the auction house you purchased the lot from: they will be able to inform you whether or not you can exercise this right, depending on the seller’s status (professional or private individual).

For any further information, our Customer Service is available 7 days a week at contact@interencheres.com.
