You have won one or more lots at auction and wish to collect them on site?
First, make sure that the collection option is indeed offered for the sale and check the collection dates and times.
To do this, go to the sale page, then select the “Delivery & Withdrawal” tab:
If no arrangements are indicated, we invite you to contact the Auction House directly to make a collection appointment.
BEFORE TRAVELLING, PLEASE CHECK THESE 2 POINTS:
- The collection of lots must be done by the account holder of Interencheres. If collection is to be made by a person other than the Interencheres account holder, you must contact the Auction House before travelling to find out about possible proxy arrangements and the documents to be presented by the person collecting your lots.
- You must ensure that your payment has been received. Otherwise, the Auction House may refuse to release your lots to you.
