At the end of the sale, the Auction House usually sends, within a few days, a sales receipt to the successful bidders who have won one or more lots.
This document, which serves as an invoice, summarises the lots acquired, their description, the hammer price as well as any additional sale fees.
If you have not received it, we invite you to contact the relevant Auction House directly so that they can send it to you.
Important: the sales receipt is issued based on the information provided on your account at the time of the sale. It is therefore not possible to change the buyer’s identity after the sale, nor to add the details of a company if these were not included on the account used to place the bid.
