The hammer price is the amount of your last bid and does not include any additional sales costs that will be added to your final sale order.
- For judicial sales, the selling costs are fixed by law and amount to 14.28% inclusive of tax.
- For voluntary sales, sales fees are freely set by the auction houses. These fees, which are always announced in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale published by the auction houses, generally vary around 25%.
Additional costs are also payable for Live or Online winning bids on Interencheres:
- For voluntary sales: 3% excl. tax (3.60% incl. tax) for furniture, works of art or professional equipment and €40 excl. tax (€48 incl. tax) for vehicles.
- For judicial sales: 1% excl. tax (1.20% incl. tax) for furniture, works of art or professional equipment and €40 excl. tax (€48 incl. tax) for vehicles.
